About the role

Beyond my product-line engineering on Intelitor (enterprise security monitoring) and NetInsight N400 (broadcast media), I carried company-wide engineering-ownership and delivery responsibilities at TekMedia Software — primary full-stack ownership of Intelitor's most complex verticals, recruiting the development team across colleges, managing version control and developer infrastructure, driving deployment and observability, running R&D POCs, standing up learning and documentation platforms, and mentoring junior engineers.

Broadcast-grade IP media transport appliance — primary engineer on the FFmpeg major-version migration that unlocked 4K 4:2:2 10-bit and VVC.

Engineering & delivery ownership

  • Engineering ownership on Intelitor — primary full-stack ownership of the platform's most complex verticals, with sprint planning and feature breakdown across the team.
  • Campus recruitment — development-team hiring at KCT (2024→2025 and 2026→2027 batches), CIT (2025 and 2026), and Intelitor junior non-development roles at NGP (2026).
  • Learning & documentation — brought in Moodle LMS for new-joiner training and set up WikiJS covering the EmberX platform and the Fortress mobile app.
  • Release management & developer infrastructure — Git administration, release tagging, branching strategy, and sprint planning; stood up and administered Gitea, Taiga and Retype.
  • Deployment, scaling & observability — owned SigNoz dashboards (pod health, VM RAM, CNPG databases), set up libcluster for distributed BEAM/IPC, and optimised the product for AWS alongside the DevOps teams.
  • R&D & proof-of-concepts — drove 5–6 POCs across fintech, IoT and security (CPaaS/Matrix, Wirepas mesh networks, MQTT broker evaluation) built on Elixir/Nerves running on QEMU.
  • Mentoring — mentored the intern batches of 2025 and 2026.
